OET registration

1. Create an OET Account

  • Go to the official OET website: https://www.occupationalenglishtest.org/

  • Click on “Register” to create your account. You’ll need to provide basic personal information (name, email, date of birth, etc.) and choose a password.

2. Choose Your Test Type

  • OET is available for 12 healthcare professions, including nursing, medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, etc. Select the profession that corresponds to your career.

3. Select a Test Date and Location

  • You can select a test center near you or an online option, if available. The OET is offered multiple times a month at various centers around the world.

  • Check the availability for the dates you want. Some locations may have limited spots, so it’s advisable to book early.

4. Complete the Application Form

  • Fill out the necessary details in the application form. You will be asked to confirm your identity, address, and professional background.

  • Ensure your details are correct as they will appear on your certificate.

5. Upload Required Documents

  • Depending on your test center and country, you may need to provide identification documents (e.g., passport, national ID). Upload a scanned copy as required.

6. Make Payment

  • Fees: 587 AUD

7. Confirmation and Acknowledgment

  • After completing your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your test date, time, and venue.

8. Test Day

  • Arrive at the test center at least 30 minutes before the test. Bring your ID and any necessary documentation.

9. Receive Results

  • You will typically receive your results within 16 business days of the test date. Results will be available through your online OET account.

SAT registration

1. Create an Account on the College Board Website

  • Go to the official SAT website: https://www.collegeboard.org/

  • Click on “Sign Up” to create your College Board account. You’ll need to provide personal details such as your name, email address, and date of birth.

  • If you already have an account, simply log in.

2. Select the SAT Test

  • After logging in, select “Register for the SAT”.

3. Choose Your Test Date and Location

  • You can select from multiple test dates offered throughout the year, typically in March, May, June, August, October, November, and December.

  • You will be asked to choose a test center near you. You can search by city or zip code to find locations where the SAT is being offered.

4. Enter Your Personal Information

  • You will be required to input details like your high school’s name, address, and graduation year. You can also opt to send your scores to up to four colleges for free when you register. Additional score reports after registration cost extra.

5. Upload a Photo

  • You must upload a recent, recognizable photo of yourself. This will be used for your test admission ticket and security purposes on test day.

6. Review Your Registration Details

  • Double-check all your information to ensure everything is correct. This includes the test date, test center, and personal information.

7. Make Payment

  • Fee: 111 $

8. Receive Confirmation

  • Once payment is made, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your registration details, including the test date, time, and test center.

  • You’ll also receive an Admission Ticket. This ticket must be printed and brought to the test center on the exam day.

9. Test Day

  • On the test day, arrive at the test center with your Admission Ticket and a valid Passport. Be sure to arrive early.

11. Get Your Results

  • SAT results are usually available 2-3 weeks after the test date. You’ll be notified by email when your scores are available.

  • You can access your results through your College Board account.

TOEFL registration

1. Create an ETS Account

  • Go to the official TOEFL website: https://www.ets.org/toefl

  • Click on “Register” to create an account with ETS (Educational Testing Service).

  • Provide your personal information, including your name, email address, date of birth, and choose a password.

2. Sign In and Choose TOEFL Test

  • After creating your account, log in and click on “Register for the TOEFL Test”.

3. Choose Your Test Date and Location

  • You’ll be prompted to select a test date and location. TOEFL iBT is offered more frequently, while TOEFL PBT is less common and only offered in certain areas.

  • Choose a convenient test center and available date. If you’re registering for TOEFL iBT, check for available dates as they are often offered on multiple dates each month.

4. Enter Your Personal Information

  • You will be asked to provide some additional information, such as:

    • Your full name, contact details, and ID details.

    • You may need to provide ID proof (passport or national ID) for verification purposes on the test day.

    • You can also choose whether you want to send your scores to up to 4 institutions for free at the time of registration. Additional score reports can be sent later for a fee.

5. Review Your Registration

  • Review all the details you’ve provided, including test date, center, and personal information. Make sure everything is correct.

6. Make Payment

  • Fee: $195 (USD)

  • After making the payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your registration, including your test date, time, and location.

7. Test Day

  • On the test day, bring your valid ID (usually passport)

  • Arrive at the test center early (at least 30 minutes before the test time).

8. Get Your Results

  • TOEFL iBT results are typically available within 6 days after the test date.

  • You’ll be notified when your results are ready, and you can view them through your ETS account.

  • Results are valid for 2 years.

GRE Registration

1. Create an ETS Account

  • Go to the official GRE website: https://www.ets.org/gre

  • Click on “Register” to create an account with ETS (Educational Testing Service).

  • Provide your personal details, such as your name, email address, date of birth, and password. You’ll also need to create a security question.

2. Sign In and Choose GRE Test

  • After logging in, click on “Register for the GRE”.

  • Select whether you want to take the GRE General

3. Choose Your Test Date and Location

  • You’ll be prompted to select a test date and location. The GRE General Test is offered year-round at ETS-authorized test centers worldwide.

4. Enter Your Personal Information

  • Provide some additional details such as:

    • Your full name, contact details, and ID information (you’ll need to bring an acceptable ID to the test center).

    • Test preferences such as selecting which schools you’d like to send your scores to. You can send your scores to 4 schools for free at the time of registration. Additional score reports can be sent later for a fee.

5. Review Your Registration

  • Review all of your registration details, including test date, location, and personal information, to ensure everything is correct.

6. Make Payment

  • Fee: $220 (USD)

7. Receive Confirmation

  • After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details, including the test date, time, and test center location.

  • Print the Confirmation Email and keep it with you for reference.

8. Test Day

  • On the test day, make sure to bring:

    • A valid, acceptable ID

  • Arrive early to the test center, as you’ll need time for check-in.

9. Get Your Results

  • GRE General Test Results: You’ll receive your unofficial scores (Verbal and Quantitative scores) immediately after completing the test. Your official scores (including the Analytical Writing score) will be available after few days.

PTE Registration

1. Create a myPTE Account

  • Go to the PTE Website: Visit the official PTE website at https://www.pearsonpte.com.

  • Click on ‘Create Account’: This will allow you to set up your myPTE account to manage your test bookings and results.

  • Enter Your Details:

    • Make sure your personal details exactly match your valid passport.

    • If your passport includes middle names, enter them in the ‘Given names’ field.

  • Important: You will need to present your passport at the test center. If your account details do not match your passport, you will not be allowed to take the test, and no refund will be provided.

  • Correct Your Details: If needed, you can correct your account details up to 3 days before the test. After that, corrections are not allowed.

2. Book a Test

  • Click ‘Book a Test’: Once your account is created, start by selecting ‘Book a Test’.

  • Choose Your Purpose: You’ll be asked questions such as “Where do you want to go?” and “What do you want to do there?” For example, select Australia for study purposes.

  • Test Recommendation: Based on your answers, the system will recommend the appropriate PTE test for your needs.

  • Click on ‘Check Availability & Book’: This will lead you to available test centers.

3. Select Test Center and Date

  • Enter Location: Type in the location where you want to take the test (e.g., Kathmandu, Nepal).

  • Choose a Test Center: A list of available test centers will appear. Select the one closest to you.

  • Choose Test Date and Time: Pick a date and time that suits you. Ensure it is at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Click ‘Book’: After selecting your test center and date, click on ‘Book’ to continue the booking process.

4. Enter Personal Details Again

  • Confirm Your Details: You will be prompted to enter your personal details again to create your myPTE account.

  • Ensure Accuracy: Double-check that your name and other details exactly match the information on your passport.

5. Review Your Booking

  • Confirm Your Answers: Select answers to any final booking questions.

  • Agree to PTE Policies: Read and accept the PTE policies (Admission, Reschedule, and Cancellation).

  • Pay for the Test: The test fee can be paid using American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa.

  • Voucher or Promo Code: If you have a voucher or promo code, you can enter it at this step.

  • Review Payment Details: Before finalizing, ensure the test date, center, and payment details are correct.

6. Complete Your Booking

  • Click ‘Submit Order’: Once you’ve reviewed everything, click on ‘Submit Order’ to complete your PTE registration.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your test details and payment information.

7. Prepare for the Test

  • After booking your test, start preparing using PTE preparation materials such as practice tests, study guides, and online courses.

8. Test Day

  • Arrive Early: On the test day, arrive at the test center at least 30 minutes before your scheduled test time.

  • Bring Your Passport: Remember to bring the passport or ID used during registration.
